I used their website part selection tool to find the part number for ordering. The part number the selection tool indicated was the wrong part when received. I returned wrong part for exchange for correct part. Was charged for replacement until original was returned....

Ordered Rancho shocks for 2000 Silverado...they sent shocks for the previous model. I had to pay to ship the wrong shocks back and pay to ship the correct shocks. Plus they bent me over for a 25% restock charge. After many calls to customer service they still wouldn't make it right. This company SUCKS.
